Located in a central area over the local market in the Singuerlín part of town and next to the Singuerlín stop on Metro Line 9. This center holds 32000 media articles, of which 9000 are audiovisuals, 150 magazine titles and 9 are newspapers. It is a place dedicated to local information. One of its particular features is its first floor with a collection of films and documentaries. It has a cinema for 250 people to be used for screenings and other events that can benefit the local citizens. The center provides a WiFi zone that enables the connection to IT networks without the use of cables and laptops. It also disposes of a multimedia room that is used for beginners workshops on the new technologies and to provide active support for the teaching and independent learning of foreign languages.

The Youth Resource Center Mas Fonollar is a municipal facility dedicated to promoting youth culture, creation, associations and the culture of peace and human rights, and the empowerment of young people in order that they integrate fully into their adult life. The center is open in the afternoons, from Monday to Friday, and some weekends for young people from 12 to 35 years. Its services include: a youth information point (education, housing, work, leisure), a space for gatherings and dialogue, internet connection and WiFi. Moreover, the center facilitates meeting rooms, spaces for creative activities, an all night study room, offices for organisations, music resource services (BUC test), and it runs workshops and activities.
